The property is available from May to September 2020. 

 

The minimum stay is one week (Saturday 6:00 pm to Saturday 9:00 a.m.)

 

Rates are between 990€ and 2000€/week depending on the period ("taxe de séjour" to be added : 2,90€/day/adult over 18)

 

These rates are including final cleaning, pool maintenance once a week and linen.

 

50% deposit on booking and balance one month before arrival.

 Deposit:  900€ refundablewithin 10 days after inventory.

Payment methods: bank transfer or cash.

 

Tenants are required to be insured by a reputable company for personal liability - including risks of theft, fire and water damage to cover their own claims as well as claims that could be made by the owner or neighbours. The tenant shall provide proof of coverage at contract signature.
