The proprerty

 

Old farmhouse in the late 18th century, the property is situated on a hectare of land in the town of Vitrac, 5km from Sarlat, in the heart of Black Périgord. It consists of a main building (the house) completely restored in 2013/2014 in a country chic spirit that can accommodate up to 6 people, a barn, a bread oven and a private heated pool 5x10m. 

 

The house is organized as follows :

 

GROUND FLOOR:

• a large dining-area where meals can be  cooked -  fully equipped with brand new appliances – a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, a glass ceramic cooktop.

• seprare toilet.

1st FLOOR:

• a master bedroom (double bed / 160cm*200cm) with its own full bath.

• a sitting-room with a “cantou”  (stone fireplace)  and its stone kitchen sink, furnished in ancient local style including a wood-burning stove, and equipped with a flat-screen television set and a HI-FI.micro system.

• Free WIFI access (Livebox)

2nd FLOOR:

• a double-bed room with twin beds.

• a double-bed room (double bed / 140 cm)

• a shower-room with a large shower

• separate toilet. 

 

You can enjoy wifi, television and hifi. Linen is also provided.

 

The house is non-smoking. 

 

True haven of peace, you can relax in the garden, quiet, around a large heated swimming pool (1m10 to 1m90 depth 5mx10m ) and lunch in the bread oven on warm summer days (a barbecue is available).
